His work reflects a lifelong commitment to restoring lives, medically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

As a USAF Reserve Flight Surgeon, at the rank of Colonel, a previously ordained minister, and a poet, he brings a multidomain perspective.

For more than two decades, he has practiced medicine with a focus on neuroโ€‘rehabilitation, pain management, and minimally invasive procedures. His clinical scope includes softโ€‘tissue and joint injections, ultrasoundโ€‘guided interventions, peripheral nerve blocks, trigger point therapy, electrodiagnostics (EMG/NCS), and Botox injections for headaches and spasticity.

As founder and director of Jovana Rehabilitation Medicine & Pain, he cares for patients with complex pain, neurological and neuromuscular disorders, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions across the continuum of care.

He also serves as coโ€‘medical director of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program, the only Brainโ€‘Injuryโ€‘certified LTAC program in San Antonio, TX, located at Kindred Hospital San Antonio Medical Center (KSAM).

In addition, he provides compassionate hospice care for patients in the final stages of life, supporting individuals and families with dignity and comfort - during their most vulnerable moments.

Beyond medicine, he has over 20 years of experience in trauma, healing, and pastoral care, work shaped by missions, service, and engagement with diverse communities.

His leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, discipline, and the belief that every person can rise from adversity with the right support.
